We guarantee all USA customs duties and taxes are covered in the price you pay. Many other Irish Gift Retailers do not cover USA / Canadian customs and duty charges.

Shortly after your order has been dispatched from our facility here in Ireland you will receive a Shipping Notification Email. Please advise us if you do not receive this email.

Our Shipping Notification Email will contain the tracking number and courier/postal service name for your order.

Please note we currently use GLS couriers for all Irish/UK/European orders.

For REST OF WORLD orders are sent via An Post the Irish postal service and this partners worldwide services for example.... If your delivery address is in the USA you can also track your order using the same tracking number on USPS.com OR If your delivery address is in Canada you can track your order on Canadapost.ca etc..
